Shipping– kharibu

During the slower months (except christmas) we will be shipping once or twice a week.

We aim to process, pack and ship orders within 1-3 working days. (We don't ship on weekends). We use a recorded service for domestic shipping with options of 1st or 2nd class signed service which you can select at checkout.

All items are dispatched with Royal Mail.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International

For oversea orders we use a fully tracked service, the price will be calculated accordingly at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

UK - 1st class: 2-3 business days

- 2nd class: 3-5 business days

Overseas 5-14 business days

Customs Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for paying any customs or tax duties that you may incur once it arrives into your country, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. If there is any damage to your order please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a tracked 24hr or 48hr service with Royal Mail which you can select at checkout. All orders over £100 recieve free express delivery.

Orders over £25 arrive in an Indian silk tote bag and shipped in a biodegradable mailing or kraft paper bag.

International

For oversea orders we use a fully tracked service, the price will be calculated accordingly at checkout depending on country.
